Cancellation and refund

Klimapark 2469 is an outdoor experience. The guided tours are not canselled because of weather conditions.

If you cancel the tour earlier than 5 days before the date of the guided tour, we will refund 85 percent of the ticket price. If you cancel later than 5 days before the guided tour, there are no refund.

These terms also applys to groups that have ordered guided tours and agreed to billing: If the group cancel the tour earlier than 5 days before the date of the guided tour, we will bill you 15 percent of the ticket price. By cancellation later than 5 days before the guided tour, we will bill the complete ticket amount.
