Klimapark 2469 is an outdoors experience. The guided tours will be carried out regardless of the weather. Your ticket will not be refunded if you cancel later than three days (72 hours) prior to the starting time. Earlier cancellations will be 100 percent refunded.

These terms also applys to groups that have ordered guided tours and agreed to billing: If the group cancel the tour earlier than 5 days before the date of the guided tour, we will bill you 15 percent of the ticket price. By cancellation later than 5 days before the guided tour, we will bill the complete ticket amount.
