The guided tours starts at the parking lot outside of Juvasshytta close to Norways highest peak, Galdhøpiggen. The ice tunnel can only be accessed as part of the guided tours.

By car
The drive from Lom will take some 45 minutes, and you will drive the highest situated road in Norway! Take route 55 Sognefjellsvegen from Lom and follow the signs to Juvasshytta – a mountain lodge located 19 km west of Lom center. The road has a toll fee (tarmac), you can register your car at www.autopass.no/ed or pay at the terminal at the parking lot by Juvasshytta.

NB! Cars with caravans are not allowed on the road. Winter at this elevation is long, so please do not drive to The Climate Park 2469 on summer tires outside of our opening season.
