Klimapark 2469 is an outdoor experience approximately 1850 meters above sea level. Weather conditions will not be a reason for cancellation.
To receive a full refund, you must cancel the tour at least three days (72 hours) before the start. If you do not cancel within this period, the tickets will not be refunded.

Terms for groups that have ordered guided tours and agreed to billing: Klimapark 2469 is an outdoor experience. Weather conditions will not be a reason for cancellation. There is free cancellation up to 10 days before the arrival/guided tour. If the group cancel the tour earlier than 5 days before the date of the guided tour, we will bill you 15 percent of the ticket price. By cancellation later than 5 days before the guided tour, we will bill the complete ticket amount.
